Mr. Pavan has started his career as a software developer in the early 1999. It hadn”t taken much time for his visionary eye to view internet as a powerful media of advertisement. He acted quick and gathered experts in every branch of web technologies - web designers, developers, artists, photographers, copy writers and search engine experts. The group thus formed is named after him as Pavan.org.
There has been a substantial qualitative change in the views and working of all the team mates after we formed this group. It is none other than Mr. Pavan that caused this progress. He always concentrates on the quality of work and satisfaction of the client. He believes that a pleased customer is worth a hundred advertisements.
He never demands the quality he needs; instead he leads us by standing as an example. He is a perfectionist to the core and never allows himself to perform below the standards set for him. He describes challenges as opportunities to prove our skill. Thus he filled us with a burning desire to be on the top. It is no wonder that we are now on the lead as a Freelance Web Design Group. Isn”t it really admiring to start from the scratch and reaching the top within less than a decade, particularly in the opposition of global competition?
Mr. Pavan, as a person, values freedom and believes in working as per one's
own attitude and approach. This, he says, unveils the natural talents hidden
in one. This is the decisive factor behind him forming a freelance web design
